Multifunctional building complex VODOTIKA a.s. Bosákova III.a-phase is located in the city district Bratislava – Petržalka, in close vicinity to a communication Bosákova. The III.a-phase considers a construction of one expanded building unit. The resulting ground plan of the underground floors has a rectangular shape, changing above the ground into a U-shape, creating space for relax and green areas. This residential area is characterized as a residential zone in vicinity to the major through roads. The new building can be fully utilized by connection to all utility lines situated adjacent to the land.

Majority of Multifunctional VODOTIKA a.s. building complex Bosákova III.a-phase is designed for living. Besides apartments, there are commercial and business premises, administrative offices and garages. It is a 20-floor building with three underground floors under the whole complex. The apartments are situated on 2nd up to 20th floor.
